Ingredients:
300 grams of semolina flour cooked
200 cc of wine

walnuts Grated rind of 1 lemon cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix the flour with water warm salt
out the dough to thin sheet to be cut then
Noodle Cook noodles in boiling water with salt (about 1 minute from when they outputs to boil)
Drain the noodles and continue cooking for 10 minutes in the cooked wine diluted with 150 cc of water (you have already taken care to bring to a boil)
Then add the walnuts into large pieces and grated lemon peel
Serve and sprinkle with cinnamon
