Ingredients for 4:
gr. 800 of squid cleaned and cut into cubes, 1 kg. of Swiss chard, 1 shallot, 5 tomatoes, 1 red pepper, 1 sprig of thyme, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 glass of white wine, salt.
Preparation:
fry for about 10 minutes the pieces of squid in a large pan with olive oil, chopped scallion and chili;
deglaze with white wine, salt and add chopped tomatoes along with the thyme;
continue cooking for 5 minutes then add the previously boiled Swiss chard in salt water.
