First Channel in some stretches of the river is a massive population and of considerable size, but also Zander (or Sandra) e molto più raramente il luccio.
Il Luccioperca, a mio avviso, è molto più diffuso in Arno di quanto si crede, ma quasi nessuno si dedica alla sua pesca specifica, forse per la facilità di incontrare il siluro che metterebbe a dura prova l'attrezzatura dedicata al Perca.
Pesci tra i 50 e 60 cm sono la taglia più facile da incontrare e sono a conoscenza di una cattura di un pesce di 80cm, che è nella norma per le acque del nord Italia e Tevere, ma una taglia più che apprezzabile per le nostre acque.
Personalmente arriva a 78cm il mio record di Perca.
The Pike is another pleasant surprise, but very sporadic though catches of considerable size. Last year I was lucky enough to catch a specimen of 108cm and have a couple of chases another fish-eye over the Metro, taking advantage of the permanence of that size, I hope to meet soon as soon as the river levels allow fish in that stretch.
